Our Members
Society members come from a variety of backgrounds and high schools, currently from around Contra Costa County in the Bay Area. At the core of our membership are the over 20 committed Saloners who come from Las Lomas, Bentley, Foothill, Valley Christian, Bellarmine, and Acalanes, with potentially more from other schools. Currently, students must be in high school to join.
Types of members
1) School club member (open to all students)
2) Salon member (invite-only)*
3) Officer (appointed by the Chair)
* To join the Salon, individuals must be invited by a current member and approved by the presiding Society Chair. Alternatively, individuals may contact the Chair directly and ask for an invitation. Please do! The Salon makes a point of accepting open-minded young individuals of all intellectual backgrounds.
